Trail
During the trial we will provide you with a form that will capture customer data and record information from the customer seeking more information from your business. This form will capture the basic requirement for you to capture the lead data and start tracking the customer.
You will be provided an 877# with extension. This will show you how call data is captured and shown in the Spark Lead Management System. From here you can then see how through the inputs from the team you can see how the lead is moved through the sales process with events and the data points we capture along the way.
Various reports and emails are generated from spark to your user accounts on the system. Managers receive a daily report on sales progress. Managers also have access to more detailed performance reports and access to rep accounts to manage these users and compare performance.
While in the trail mode its recommended not to make changes to your current website or integrate the call number with extension into your marketing. When we switch to a live account we designate a local number or 8## number into your account that will be yours for the duration that you have the account.
Trial accounts you can manually enter customer data or import google sheets as a CSV file.
Live Account
Live Accounts include a designated call tracking number We recommend local areacodes for local businesses and 8## for national businesses. The Tracking number is assigned exclusively to your account and captures all the lead data that is inserted into your account. Once you have the assigned tracking number you can now update all your sources with this tracking number.
The form(s) can now be placed on your website to automate the collection of information. We supply you with the html code to place on your website or wherever you wish to place the form.
Want to ask customers how did you hear about us? Put our survey form on the thank you page of the website. If you use word press we have a plugin that we recommend to help you manage the phone number implementation and forms to make it easy to manage this number and the forms on your website.
The daily report acts as a log so your team is able to always access the most up to date information. Even if spark is not available due to your internet connection or system maintenance or outages. every morning you will have a log of what the current status is of the customer and all the contact details as long as you can access your email. This creates the redundancy required to keep operations going 24/7 365.
Form Design
Form design: Contact forms should be short as possible. each question you ask on a form will reduce the number of people that complete it. Almost like a filter. We want to keep the form as short as possible.
Custom Fields
You can easily add custom fields using the notes collection. Again be sure that the form is not too long as this will reduce the amount of people that will complete it.
