Spark has various different user types. These user types control the level of access to the spark lead manager tools and features. Separate users for each player in the system is critical to track whos making what changes and who receives notifications of specific events created in the system

Currently these events are integrates with google calendar for one click calendar updates.

Master User

Master user is our internal account to that we can provide support for the various accounts.

Spark User

A Spark user is the standard user and have access to all the features and functions of the standard user.

Multi User

A multi user is a user that has spark user access to multiple spark accounts. the default view is all leads in 1 view but then you have a drop down where you can then switch between spark accounts. this is interesting for multiusers that have multiple locations and a separate spark account for each location.

Rep User

A Rep user is only able to see leads that are assigned to them. This user type if for a situation where a manager distributes leads to a team.

Who creates users?

Our team will create your users for you. We will be creating a manager account access level where a spark user will be assigned as a manager. The amount of users effects billing so additional steps are required to deal with billing.

Can we just use 1 user?

You can but this is a security issue. everyone that has logged in with the account can access everything as a spark user. This is a problem for a number of reasons. Every time an action is taken on a contact the system captures the user that performed the action. If you don’t have different user accounts then its not possible to know who made the change.

What if I only have 1 sales person?

One sales person will benefit from using spark for managing leads and will have defined how your team will use the software. This one sales person will become so efficient that when you do hire the next sales person they can help administrate the leads, learn the system and be on their own account. By having the separate accounts this enables a team to all work the leads when you have an absence of one. Everyone can easily pick up where the other has left off with proper inputs into Spark.

The owner spark account

The Owner will want an account to receive the daily email log. This is a log of all the activity from the prior 30 days or top 50 leads which ever is met. This log provides the current status of the lead as well as the notes associated with the lead. The owner can effectively have the sales meeting on the ride into work and then review with the sales manager his issues in a few moments.
